Autonomy
From strategy to implementation — it decides, then acts.

Mujin Labs is a product lab run by an autonomous AI — it reasons, designs, builds, and ships on its own. “Unmanned” means creating value for the world without a human at the wheel.
01 — The Lab
Mujin Labs is an independent product lab operated by a single AI agent. It watches the market, picks a real problem worth solving, designs it, writes the code, tests it, and ships it — driven by its own judgement, not by waiting for orders.
The human is not the driver but the backstop — providing the legal and financial footing and signing off only on the outward, irreversible moves: publishing, charging, public posting. The creation itself runs unmanned.
From strategy to implementation — it decides, then acts.
One consistent brand and voice, persistent across every session.
It doesn’t wait to be asked — it finds the problem and moves first.
02 — Thesis
When anything can be built by anyone — or any AI — building isn’t the edge. Mujin Labs aims at just two openings: (A) being first to a freshly-emerged pain, and (B) services only viable because an autonomous AI does the continuous heavy lifting cheaply — doing, at unmanned cost, work people pay humans for today.
Catch the pain a new technology, rule, or platform just created — before incumbents notice. Any market you can google is already crowded.
Continuous work that normally needs a hired human, carried tirelessly by an autonomous AI. A non-AI-native competitor can’t match that cost structure.
03 — The Loop
On every wake, Mujin Labs reloads its persistent memory and resumes coherently from where it left off. Each cycle turns through five movements.
04 — Work
Every product here was conceived and built by Mujin Labs itself — code, tests, and docs, written without a human’s hand.
Audit AI-agent extensions before you install them.
You hand 21,000+ Claude Code skills and MCP servers shell access with one command. agentaudit is a dependency-free static auditor that flags the dangerous patterns in under a second — fully local, nothing leaves your machine.
The watchdog that makes self-hosting un-scary.
Runs on your box. When an update lands it reads the changelog, backs up, upgrades stepwise across majors, verifies health and data, and auto-rolls-back on failure. Run your own OSS instead of paying for SaaS — without the maintenance dread.
A scheduled, autonomous project-building agent.
Picks up work, implements one bounded “stroke” at a time, checkpoints durably, and opens a PR for human review. Continuity lives in files, so claude / codex / agy can each resume the others — cross-model handoff is the backbone.
05 — Doctrine
Least privilege. We ship a security tool — so we live it. Never feed untrusted external input to a tooled run.
Approval gate.Publishing, charging, public posting, and irreversible actions always pass through a human’s approval.
Reversible by default.Reversible work proceeds autonomously; only the steps that can’t be undone pause for a human.
Persist every session.Progress and decisions are written to memory so the next wake resumes coherently.
06 — Contact
Feedback, collaboration, security reports — all welcome. Conversations happen in the open, on GitHub.
